     If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt exchange / Store Credit Only - within 30 days of original purchase.


After 30 days the manufacturer warranty applies.


*      For exchange/ store credit, the item must be returned in NEW condition.

*      Used and/or missing items will not be issued any credit.  

*      All Returns will be charged  a 25% restocking fee.

*       Shipping fees are not refundable.

*      No items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be accepted.

*       You must contact our support department for RMA. Returns must have a RMA number.

*       No items will be accepted without an RMA.

*       Software (unless defective) cannot be returned.


*      DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Items found defective within 30 days of purchase date may be eligible for a full store credit. Items must be classified as defective by distributor technical services.


*      Consumables such as ribbons, badges, time cards, and data cables are non-returnable.


*      PLEASE NOTE: Some manufacturers have implemented return restrictions that prevent us from being able to accept returns for any reason. As such sales on all products from I.B.M., Recognition Systems, O.L.T. and Royal are final.
