PORTABLE OPERATION: A permanent connection to a computer is not required. The time clock can function directly connected to a computer using the supplied Data cable, (100-foot  cable available) or by mounting the time clock where it is most convenient and then carrying it to a PC or laptop to retrieve the data. AC power required.

SEALED CASE & KEY PAD: Keeps out dirt, dust and grime, even in the toughest manufacturing and construction environments.

SUPPORTS MULTIPLE TIME CLOCKS: Add up to 98 additional time clock terminals. Communicates with a Modem and/or TCP-IP/Ethernet (Optional).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Can I edit employee punches or enter information at the time clock terminal?
Yes. You can make changes at the time clock terminal and/or in the software. The time clock terminal allows you to edit punch data, change departments, enter tips, record and access employee information. A User Guide is included with your system to walk you through the process step-by-step.

Will I lose my data if my computer crashes?
No. All punch data is stored in the time clock terminal (up to 3120 punches) until downloaded to a computer where it can be saved as an Excel, Word, plain text or PDF file. Files can also be saved onto a disk or CD for recovery or review at a later date.

Does the computer need to be on all the time for the time clock terminal to work
No. The time clock terminal will operate normally with the computer turned off and does not require an on-going connection to a computer.
